Balakumar Thangavelu, Head of India for Cognizant Outreach, the employee volunteering function of Cognizant CSR. He holds BE Mechanical engineering, MBA in HR and MSc Applied Psychology. He his pursing is doctorate right now. After spending initial few years of work at Chennai and Coimbatore, he moved to USA for work. After 5 years of living in US, he returned and resumed work at Cognizant Coimbatore. He started volunteering by doing Career guidance sessions and have done sessions close to 7000+ students. Based on the passion he built towards volunteering and giving back to society, he took a full-time role in Cognizant CSR and leading the India Outreach program.

Shankar Subbiah S, is a passionate IT professional working as assistive technology and accessibility consultant in Agate Infotek, Chennai for the slogan ‘Inclusion is Equality, Accessibility is the Key’. Works with National Institutions like NIEPMD, Government Departments, Colleges and Universities, Educational Institutions like Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute. He designs and implements various projects based on information and communication technology, accessibility solutions for education and livelihoods with developmental sector organisations like Leonard Cheshire UK, CBM, Bookshare.org and other CSR Organisations. He mentors and works with many Assistive Technology start-ups in India for developing user centric solutions.

Vidhya Bhojan, is a motivated professional with solid experience of 19+ years managing all levels of large scale and small scale projects including: strategy, communication, logistics and execution. Experienced professional with strong leadership and relationship building skills. As a strategist, she has designed and developed multiple frameworks for transformational to fund raising projects. As a mentor and behavioral coach, she has trained and steered the career of 1000+ students. Developed skills training module for graduates as a part of NASSCOM Initiative. As an Operations manager with corporates, she has handled large operations from streamlining of process and reporting. Deployment of lean initiatives and process improvement of projects using DMAIC methodology. She has lead and managed lean tools & QMS standard training & has extensive experience in driving and facing ISO audits to ensure compliance. She is a Six sigma certified professional. She holds a B.Sc Computer Technology, Post graduate diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis and currently pursing M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology.
